Business Systems, Built Properly
Websites, apps, tills, stock and records — the systems a business actually runs on. Built once, properly, and kept running for a monthly fee instead of a lump sum.

Call-outs & Consultations
Come to us, or we come to you
Some things are quicker to sort out in person. These are our published rates — you are never charged for one of these without agreeing it first.
| Rate | |
|---|---|
| Booked consultation | R 500.00 per hour |
| Call-out, within 30 km of Polokwane (Limpopo) | R 180.00 |
| Call-out, within 30 km of Eastgate Mall (Gauteng) | R 180.00 |
| Call-out beyond either radius — another city, province or country | Quoted separately |
How the two go together
Every call-out includes a booked consultation — the call-out fee covers the travel, the hourly rate covers the time. A call-out is never charged on its own. So a call-out inside either region that runs an hour is R 680.00 — R 180.00 to get there and R 500.00 for the hour.
Gauteng is covered by a consultant working from the Eastgate area, so a call-out there is the same R 180.00 — not inter-city travel. Our registered office is in Polokwane and that is the address on every quotation and invoice; a Gauteng branch is coming, but it is not open yet.
Time is charged to the minute, not rounded up to the next hour. If we book an hour and it runs to 1 hour and 1 minute, you are charged for 61 minutes — R 508.33 — not for two hours. If it runs short, the booked time still applies: the slot was held and the trip was made.
